Your archive can be comprised of many individual collections. There is usually a General Collection category, and then a series of special collection entries (as needed).

Collection Name - a maximum of 40 character - Required - Name of this collection of objects

 

Originally Established - enter a valid date - Required - Date the collection established

 

Source Text - a maximum of 40 characters - the Source of the Collection

 

Source Category - use the look-up button to the left of the entry box to select a Source Category from the supporting information table.  

 

Notes - a maximum of 2,000 characters to describe this collection
